Invercargill’s Rookies of the Year Make Schools Sparkle
Jamie and Marlene Madrid shine as Rookies of the Year in Invercargill.
It was April 2014, Marlene and Jamie Madrid had completed all of their training and were ready for the first contract in their new CrestClean franchise.
It wasn’t an easy one, according to Invercargill Regional Manager Glenn Cockroft.
“They quickly took on a school that was not in the best of shape from another cleaning company, but they made it sparkle,” says Glenn. “Their work brought very favourable comments from all of the staff.”
They now operate a number of contracts and continue to impress their customers. “I continually receive compliments on the way that they are conducting their business in the area,” says Glenn, adding that they’re also great team members. “Marlene is always ready to hop in and help out with additional work that comes available at short notice.”
They’re so pleased with their business very shortly after joining CrestClean they introduced a friend to the business who has also purchased a franchise.
