Public Liability Insurance

Public Liability Insurance protects a contractor from having to pay the costs arising from an accident or damages that can occur as a result of the provision of contracted services to a customer’s premises.

CrestClean’s cleaning services are performed by franchised owner operators.

Public Liability Insurance is a mandatory provision under CrestClean’s franchise agreement.

Each franchise holds $20 million of cover under a group Public Liability Insurance taken by Crest Commercial Cleaning Ltd.  The group cover automatically provides the cover to each franchisee.

The policy is arranged by Gallagher & Co NZ Ltd (formerly Crombie Lockwood) of Dunedin.

Crest Commercial Cleaning Ltd or our insurance brokers Arthur J. Gallagher & Co (NZ) Limited can provide confirmation of the Public Liability Insurance cover.
