Programmed Facilities Management is the site Facility Management partner for a Consortium that manages six schools in New Zealand. As part of the Schools 1 & 2 Private Public Partnership the Consortium (private funding groups), in partnership with the Ministry of Education, built the schools.

Forté Health Ltd is a leading private hospital providing state of the art surgical and patient facilities for short and day stay hospital care in Christchurch, New Zealand.

The hospital comprises four fully-equipped operating theatres, a 12-bed recovery area, 22 overnight suites, and two day lounges.
