SafeClean®, our Health, Safety and Environmental Management System, will work with your site-specific requirements to ensure the safety of your staff, your patients and our cleaning teams.
OPEN LINES OF COMMUNICATION
Our Regional Master Franchisees provide a single point of contact for customer communications. Our cleaning teams will also liaise with the facility staff. A customer Communications Book is kept on site to facilitate day-to-day communications. All team members are trained to respond promptly to customer requests and instructions.
PUNCTUALITY
Call times must be adhered to for security reasons and CrestClean cleaning teams will have at least two people for safety and efficiency.
SECURITY AND PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
All CrestClean franchisee owners and their employees are Security Vetted, undergo Ministry of Justice Criminal Background Checks and are trained in relevant security protocols.
PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION
All team members wear clean uniforms with ID badges, and use distinctive branded vehicles. Equipment is kept clean and tidy and is regularly audited by our Quality Assurance Co‑ordinators.
MAINTAINING SPOTLESS VINYL FLOORS
Regular weekly buffing without fail is part of the cleaning regime, as well as strip and polishing as needed.
