Originally from Palmerston North, Peter Radley has over 40 years of experience in healthcare, including nursing, paramedic work, and hospital management. His extensive background, most recently as second in charge of Perioperative Services at Crest Hospital, has given him a deep understanding of managing large teams and maintaining high standards of care. He also managed the Central Sterilising Unit, ensuring meticulous hospital cleaning procedures.
“Coming from Crest Hospital to CrestClean seems like a fitting coincidence,” says Peter.
Peter has also gained valuable experience in sales, which has enhanced his approach to customer service and team management.
His transition to the Regional Manager role has been smooth, enabling him to focus on engaging with CrestClean customers across the region. “I look forward to building positive relationships and ensuring customers are receiving the high level of service they expect,” he says.
Peter is working closely with his team to bring a fresh perspective to the region, saying “A fresh set of eyes always brings new ideas.”
