The hospital comprises four fully-equipped operating theatres, a 12-bed recovery area, 22 overnight suites, and two day lounges.

The challenge
Before CrestClean, Forté Health faced numerous challenges with its previous cleaning company, including cleanliness issues, poor communication, and unresponsiveness to rectifying concerns. Improved cleaning standards
Forté Health’s cleaning standards improved immediately once CrestClean implemented their comprehensive cleaning and sanitisation services. All CrestClean personnel are trained by the Master Cleaners Training Institute (MCTI) to ensure that all areas, including operating theatres and critical spaces, are maintained to stringent hygiene standards, and to prevent hospital-acquired infections (HAI) and other risks.
Enhanced communication and responsiveness
Due to the dedicated cleaning teams and familiar faces that CrestClean provided, and our prioritisation of effective communication, any concerns and feedback were promptly addressed. CrestClean established open lines of communication with Forté Health, including a Communications Book, to understand the hospital’s specific requirements and respond to their needs effectively.
