The presentation of the home before it is handed over to clients is important.

“It’s really nice to hear back from the builder about how happy the clients were with their new home, and how well it was presented,” says Kenny.
“Occasionally we find a problem or defect most often caused by one of the last trades people to work on the new home. We will immediately advise the builder,” says Kenny. “They can then take action to remedy the fault prior to the handover to the clients.”
