Biannual vehicle audits underway across the country
Vehicle audits are well underway across the country, with Franchise Compliance Executive Olivia McArthur and Training and Health and Safety Co-ordinator Jacqui Buchanan travelling nationwide to support franchisees and ensure compliance standards are being met.
The six-monthly audits cover key compliance areas including employee contracts, staff IDs, vehicle insurance, chemicals, and testing and tagging, helping franchisees keep their businesses organised, safe, and up to standard. CrestClean vehicles are also inspected to ensure they are well-maintained and operating safely.
With a digital checklist on their phones, Olivia and Jacqui can work efficiently while making sure nothing is missed. From checking chemical storage and safety information through to confirming vehicles are fully insured, the audits are designed to give franchisees confidence that their systems, equipment, and documentation are all in good shape.
As the nationwide programme continues, Jacqui and Olivia will keep making their way around the country, helping franchise owners maintain the high standards CrestClean is known for.
