Customer care a priority for franchisees
Interacting with customers is one of many aspects James and Patricia Sukhwant enjoy about their job.
Based in Queenstown, the husband and wife team have owned their CrestClean franchise for two and a half years.
“We really enjoy interacting with our customers,” Patricia says. “We always ask how they are and we share a joke with them too. It is one of many things we enjoy about our job.”
James and Patricia will start a new contract at Remarkables Primary School this month.
“It will be a new challenge for us and it is one that we are really looking forward to,” she says. “We always go to work with a smile on our face. We love it. We also enjoy being based in Queenstown. It is a great place.”
As part of CrestClean’s commitment to up skilling personnel, James and Patricia recently completed their British Institute of Cleaning Services Module 2 Training.
“We are really proud that we achieved that,” she says.
Central Otago Regional Manager James Dixon says James and Patricia take pride in every job they do.
“They are very good at what they do and they take pride in doing a good job, particularly the customer care aspect of the job.”
