Crest a ‘Huge Improvement’ for Trust
When CrestClean secures a new contract, one of the first tasks for the Regional Manager is to put a team or two on site to bring conditions up to our standard of quality.
For Centre 401 Trust, Nivitesh Kumar called on two of his teams, including Hamilton Franchisee Praneel Prasad, and ended up receiving the kind of positive feedback that really makes his day.
“Thank you very much for the efforts your team has done with the cleaning of our premises. The standard of work was excellent and a huge improvement from the previous commercial cleaners we employed last year for the same job,” says Vanessa Potts, from Centre 401 Trust.
“The lounge suite came up excellent, and the carpets were great. There was a great all round job in the kitchen, with a special mention for the walls!! A great job was also done in the toilets and library. The mat in the Wellness Room was a huge improvement and it was good to see your staff moved the couches to clean behind them. A great job was done on the landing and stairway, especially the carpet and the wiping down of the stairway.”
