Franchisees Upskill to Benefit Their Businesses

Several North Harbour Franchisees eager to advance their careers and add value to their businesses attended a special Hard Floor Care Training Course on the first weekend in August.
The training course was held at Montessori Beginnings Childcare in Stanmore Bay and was conducted by Jim McManus, who covered all the skills required to do successful stripping, polishing and buffing for a variety of hard floor surfaces. How to operate floor burnishing machines, ways to identify and treat different floor surfaces, and common problems are all part of the two-day training course, which results in a Hard Floor Care Certificate upon successful completion.
Hard floor care is one way franchisees can advance their businesses by offering a new service. Master Cleaners Training Institute offers these courses throughout CrestClean regions, with specially skilled and certified trainers, such as Jim McManus, who also owns a North Harbour franchise. Hard floor care is a product that’s requested more and more by CrestClean customers, especially at schools and larger corporate facilities.
