Crest Helps Customers with Consumable Hygiene Products
Customers are now able to purchase consumable products, such as hand soaps and sanitisers, toilet tissue, and bin liners, directly from Crest’s new catalogue of goods, called “Workplace Hygiene Consumable Products.”
This retail catalogue makes it easier to keep workplaces well-stocked by having these necessities resupplied automatically and simply added directly to the Crest cleaning services invoice.
Crest developed this new consumer price list in response to increased customer demand for streamlined, single-supplier services. Crest Regional Managers Jan Lichtwark (Tauranga) and Andrew Alleway (Wellington), had been purchasing and stocking consumables for some of their larger customers as an added convenience to their regular cleaning services. It was becoming increasingly popular and the time came to formalise the offerings and create a national pricing and distribution system.
“We wanted to do it because it’s better for the customers,” says Jan, who approached Crest management to seek a national supplier and create a set price list.
“It’s been a success for us,” says Jan. “Customers like it because they don’t have to worry about ordering these goods. We order it, we deliver it, we keep it stocked, and they just get one invoice at the end of the month.”
