Crest Updates Quality Training Manual
After nearly 18 months of detailed planning the Crest Quality Training Manual has been published and distributed to all Franchisees. The collation of the Manual has been a tremendous team effort and I would like to thank all those involved in its production.
During my visits to the regions I have taken the opportunity to present and discuss the Manual with the Franchisees who have been unanimous in their praise for the working document they now have. Indeed a number have implied, and I quote, “It is our Crest bible.”
As far as I am aware, there is no other cleaning company with such a comprehensive Manual and it justifies the considerable financial investment made by Crest in its publication. The company has also invested heavily in their ITO Training Programme and the Manual complements this training.
The Manual is an investment that over the years will give added value to Crest, thus ensuring the company continues to move forward in a professional manner towards its goal of becoming New Zealand’s number one performing cleaning company. This will ultimately benefit all who are associated with Crest.
