Tony has vast experience in the cleaning industry, having previously worked in national sales roles for 3M and Kemsol, where he looked after large customers and distribution partners.
Having grown up in Whangarei, he is committed to supporting the region by building strong customer and franchisee relationships to ensure excellent service delivery.

Wherever possible, your premises will be looked after by the same owner-operated cleaning team. This provides greater consistency, helps the team become familiar with your site and gives them a personal interest in maintaining high standards.
Yes. We assess your premises and discuss how each area is used before recommending a cleaning plan. You’ll receive a clear Schedule of Duties outlining what will be cleaned, how often it will be completed and the agreed service times.
Our professionally trained cleaning teams follow standardised cleaning systems, strict hygiene protocols and an agreed Schedule of Duties to deliver consistent, hygienic outcomes at every service. Supported by the latest equipment, regular quality audits and oversight from your local Regional Manager, this comprehensive approach is what we call The CrestClean Standard.
Let us know, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly. Your local Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and reliability of your service and will ensure any concerns are followed up.
All CrestClean personnel are security vetted, wear uniforms and carry photo identification. Site access requirements, alarm procedures, keys and restricted areas are discussed and documented before the service begins.
Yes. We assess your premises and you will receive a detailed site-specific Schedule of Duties that sets out exactly which areas are to be cleaned, what tasks are to be completed, and how frequently. If your needs change over time, due to changes in occupancy, operational hours, or site usage – your Regional Manager can adjust the Schedule of Duties accordingly.
Yes. CrestClean is flexible around when cleaning is delivered and will work with you to find a cleaning window that suits your business. After-hours cleaning is performed outside of regular hours, typically in the evenings, and minimises disruption to staff and visitors, allowing for more thorough cleaning of areas that are heavily used during the day. After-hours cleaning also supports security protocols, as our cleaning teams can work in a controlled environment with few people present.
