Why choose CrestClean?
Adrian Cashmore,
Hutt Valley Regional Master Franchise
Danny was born in Uruguay and moved to New Zealand in 2007. Since then, he fell in love with Wanaka and made it his home.
He initially worked in a local supermarket where the department he managed became the top seller and most profitable of all South Island stores within the company, competing against over 40 other branches. Then in 2018 Danny took the opportunity to buy the company’s Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago Master Franchises.
“I love this business because it gives me the opportunity to help people to achieve their goals of becoming franchisees. Together we provide the best service and solutions for our customers.”

“I believe demonstrating genuine care and empathy can foster strong relationships, leading to loyalty and repeat business. It’s not just about what you know or offer, but how you make customers feel that truly matters.”
CrestClean Hutt Valley are Proud Members of:

Standards & Compliances
We use the ‘5 Pillars’ to communicate our standards and compliances to our customers and the marketplace.
Training and Skills Development
Our cleaning teams are professionally trained by the Master Cleaners Training Institute, specialising in industry-specific training and regular upskilling in cleaning procedures and Health and Safety protocols. All personnel receive practical cleaning training, proficiency assessments, and annual skills development to ensure our customers receive a quality cleaning service.

Health & Safety
Our cleaning teams follow CrestClean’s SafeClean® Health, Safety and Environmental Management System, designed to minimise workplace risks and support safe systems of work on every site. All personnel receive site-specific inductions, Health and Safety training, and regular upskilling to help protect our customers, their staff, and the public.

Environment & Sustainability
Our cleaning services are delivered with a strong focus on environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. CrestClean’s Toitū Enviromark Diamond certification supports continuous improvement across our systems, products, training, and waste management, helping ensure our customers receive a quality cleaning service with reduced environmental impact.

Security Vetting and Insurance
Our personnel undergo comprehensive screening and security vetting before entering customer premises, giving customers confidence in the honesty and integrity of the people cleaning their site. CrestClean teams work in uniform, carry identification, and are supported by robust insurance cover for added peace of mind.

Customer Care
Our customer care reflects a commitment to surpassing expectations through reliable service, proactive account management, and quality assurance. CrestClean’s owner-operator teams are supported by local Regional Managers and our QualityClean programme, ensuring customers receive consistent communication, professional service, and high standards of cleaning.

CrestClean Services FAQs
Wherever possible, your premises will be looked after by the same owner-operated cleaning team. This provides greater consistency, helps the team become familiar with your site and gives them a personal interest in maintaining high standards.
Our professionally trained cleaning teams follow standardised cleaning systems, strict hygiene protocols and an agreed Schedule of Duties to deliver consistent, hygienic outcomes at every service. Supported by the latest equipment, regular quality audits and oversight from your local Regional Manager, this comprehensive approach is what we call The CrestClean Standard.
A Communication Book can be kept at each site, which site management uses to record daily instructions, requests, complaints or feedback. The cleaning team checks and actions the Communication Book at the start of every visit. For anything more urgent, Regional Managers and on-site personnel carry mobile phones at all times, and CrestClean also operates a national 24/7 0800 Help Desk.
Let us know, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly. Your local Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and reliability of your service and will ensure any concerns are followed up.
Yes. We assess your premises and discuss how each area is used before recommending a cleaning plan. You’ll receive a clear Schedule of Duties outlining what will be cleaned, how often it will be completed and the agreed service times.
All CrestClean personnel are security vetted, wear uniforms and carry photo identification. Site access requirements, alarm procedures, keys and restricted areas are discussed and documented before the service begins.
Yes. We assess your premises and you will receive a detailed site-specific Schedule of Duties that sets out exactly which areas are to be cleaned, what tasks are to be completed, and how frequently. If your needs change over time, due to changes in occupancy, operational hours, or site usage – your Regional Manager can adjust the Schedule of Duties accordingly.
