About Tony Kramers,
Dunedin Regional Master Franchisee
Tony is a born and bred Otago boy! He has over 12 years experience in commercial and retail sales and had spent 2 years running the Hyundai dealership for Cooke Howlison in Dunedin. He even managed to take the local Hyundai franchise to the number 1 spot in passenger vehicle sale for 2009.
His knowledge of customer service is second to none and with the back ground in these key areas he will see your needs meet and exceeded.
“I love dealing with people! The enjoyment seeing customer satisfaction and a job well done is one of the most satisfying things in my job”.

Tony was drawn to CrestClean because it was a great opportunity to own his own business and continue doing what he loves – serving customers.

CrestClean Services FAQs
Yes. Health and Safety training is compulsory for all CrestClean franchisees and their employees, and no one is permitted to work on a customer site without first completing their induction. CrestClean personnel follow Safe Systems of Work for the tasks they perform. Any hazards or site-specific safety requirements are reviewed as part of setting up your cleaning service.
Yes. We assess your premises and discuss how each area is used before recommending a cleaning plan. You’ll receive a clear Schedule of Duties outlining what will be cleaned, how often it will be completed and the agreed service times.
Wherever possible, your premises will be looked after by the same owner-operated cleaning team. This provides greater consistency, helps the team become familiar with your site and gives them a personal interest in maintaining high standards.
Our professionally trained cleaning teams follow standardised cleaning systems, strict hygiene protocols and an agreed Schedule of Duties to deliver consistent, hygienic outcomes at every service. Supported by the latest equipment, regular quality audits and oversight from your local Regional Manager, this comprehensive approach is what we call The CrestClean Standard.
Let us know, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly. Your local Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and reliability of your service and will ensure any concerns are followed up.
All CrestClean personnel are security vetted, wear uniforms and carry photo identification. Site access requirements, alarm procedures, keys and restricted areas are discussed and documented before the service begins.
Our cleaning teams can collect waste and recyclables from designated areas and place them in the appropriate on-site collection points. While CrestClean does not provide an off-site waste removal service, we can support the recycling and waste management systems already operating at your premises.
