CrestClean’s Regional Team Meetings inspire and unite franchisees across the country
We’ve wrapped up another successful round of Regional Team Meetings, bringing together franchisees and support staff from all over the country.
At each meeting, CrestClean Managing Director Grant McLauchlan gave an insightful update on where the company is now and where we’re headed. While economic conditions over the past few years have posed real challenges for many businesses, CrestClean has remained strong, and there’s plenty to be proud of.
One of the key messages from this year’s meetings is that Trust will be our guiding theme for 2025.
Trust is something we build through reliability, integrity, and competence, and it’s how we’ll continue to do our best for our customers.
We also reinforced the importance of the CrestClean Standard as the foundation of our success. This represents our commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism, and it’s something every franchisee plays a part in upholding.
Sustainability was another key focus. CrestClean is proud to hold Toitū’s Diamond Enviromark certification – the highest accreditation from Toitū. Initiatives like RecycleKiwi are also opening up valuable conversations with our customers about reducing waste and improving environmental practices.
The meetings were also a great chance to celebrate wins! From long-service anniversaries to business growth, there were plenty of reasons to smile.
As the Regional Team Meetings came to a close, one thing really stood out – our biggest strength lies in our people. With a renewed focus on trust, training, and teamwork, the future looks bright.
“Without each other, we wouldn’t have achieved the success we have today,” says Grant.
“Working as a team turns individual effort into collective success.”
