CrestClean and Matangi School’s loyal partnership shines on after 20 years
Twenty years is a significant milestone for any relationship, and for CrestClean and Matangi School, it has created a strong bond that continues to thrive today.
To celebrate two great decades, Waikato Regional Master Franchisee Nivitesh Kumar and Administration Assistant Karena Townsend surprised the Matangi School staff with a special morning tea. Matangi School Principal Bernard Butler was thrilled by the gesture.
“It was a really lovely offer from CrestClean, considering we’ve worked together for the last 20 years,” says Bernard.
While cleaning teams have changed since we teamed up with Matangi School in 2004, the commitment to quality has remained consistent. Bernard has been particularly impressed by the seamless transitions between teams, which make the changes nearly unnoticeable.
“CrestClean have always done really great handovers when new staff come on board,” says Bernard.
Today, Jagdeep Saini and his employees Piyush and Ramanpreet handle the cleaning at Matangi School, consistently impressing staff with their high standards. With nine classrooms, a large administration area, a school hall, and four new classrooms set to open at the end of the year, Jagdeep and his team have their work cut out for them. But Bernard says nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
“They’re very accommodating. They’re always very obliging to work with us if we’ve got events on in the evening.”
“If I’m staying late, we often have a nice chat and they’re always keen to hear what’s happening around the school.”
Bernard says Jagdeep’s commitment to excellence is noticed by all staff at Matangi School.
“The whole school is really happy with the quality of the cleaning that happens every day,” he says.
“They’re very thorough.”
Despite being approached by other cleaning companies, Bernard consistently selects CrestClean as his preferred provider. Beyond the commitment to excellence, Bernard values CrestClean’s support for the Waikato school community and plans to keep strengthening the partnership for years to come.
