Quality Assurance Team ramps up for CrestClean
The bar has been raised to ensure CrestClean’s high quality of service is maintained throughout the country.
Over the past two years the company has formalised Quality Assurance Co-ordinator positions around New Zealand.
The roles are important positions in the company, says Philip Wilson, CrestClean’s Wellington Quality Assurance Co-ordinator.
“They are responsible for ensuring quality cleaning, and supporting the local franchisees and Regional Managers.
“Recently the six of us met in Auckland. We discussed the position and we openly shared ideas and the challenges we face.
“This was a great chance to network within our team and also to discuss different ways of handling situations we were experiencing in our local regions.
“The overall consensus of the meeting was very positive.”
