Introducing Kelsey Gibson, the new Regional Manager for Rotorua and Taupō
We’re pleased to introduce Kelsey Gibson as our new Regional Manager for the Rotorua and Taupō regions. Kelsey comes to us with a strong background in sales leadership and management, having spent much of her career leading national sales teams and stepping into general management roles. Having worked for a top distributor of cleaning supplies, she has valuable experience in the industry, making her an excellent fit for CrestClean.
Seeking a better work-life balance, Kelsey moved from Auckland to Taupō three months ago. The Regional Manager role came along at just the right time, offering her the perfect opportunity to grow in her career while settling into life by the lake. With a love for hiking, mountain biking, and all things outdoors, Taupō is the ideal place for her to call home.
Kelsey is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and takes pride in creating a seamless, end-to-end service. She was drawn to CrestClean’s strong systems and processes, knowing it was the kind of company she wanted to be part of.
With a natural skill for building strong, genuine relationships, Kelsey knows that great service goes beyond just having contracts in place. She believes in truly understanding each business and how CrestClean can best support them.
“Having a contract is one thing but learning how we can support our customers is what’s really important to me,” she says.
Over the next few weeks, Kelsey is focused on meeting customers to ensure that any challenges are addressed and that their experience with CrestClean is the best it can be. She values the strong relationships that Jan has built and is committed to maintaining them.
“Making time to meet with customers is a priority. I’m looking forward to getting to know them and learning about what we can do for them,” she says.
Understanding the importance of continuity, Kelsey is working closely with Jan to ensure a smooth transition. She will keep up with Jan’s routine, visiting each region on the same days of the week. She’ll also keep an eye on each region’s needs to make sure she’s always available.
