Family-oriented businesses celebrate strong 10-year partnership
Allproof Industries is a family-owned manufacturing and distribution company, specialising in plumbing, drainage, and fire protection products. Established in 1987, the company has been a leader in the construction industry for over 35 years.
For the past decade, CrestClean franchise owner Nitesh Kumar has been responsible for managing the cleaning at the Allproof Industries headquarters in Auckland. As one of his first customers, Nitesh has seen Allproof Industries grow significantly over the last 10 years.
Administration Manager Jacinta Robertson has been impressed by Nitesh’s ability to adjust his cleaning duties to meet the needs of the expanding site.
“When he started, we only had one building. We’ve added another five buildings since then,” she says.
“I don’t know if he envisaged it becoming such a big job 10 years ago.”
Keeping the Allproof Industries site clean is no small task. With multiple buildings for manufacturing and distribution, Nitesh and his team manage a range of spaces, including offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and high-use kitchens. Despite the size and complexity of the job, Nitesh has consistently maintained the same high standard of quality since day one.
“He’s been really consistent. If there’s ever an issue, he’ll be in that day to fix it. He’s amazing,” says Jacinta.
“We love his communication and dedication to the job.”
Allproof Industries proudly supports family-oriented businesses like the one Nitesh operates. He works alongside his wife Nalini to ensure their customers are happy and their franchise thrives. After such a long partnership, Jacinta was happy to present Nitesh with his 10-Year Long Service Award.
“We like to support family-run businesses like his. We’re a family business ourselves so we really align with that,” says Jacinta.
“He works so hard and we’re proud of him and what he’s achieved for his family.”
Nitesh’s success shows in his ability to retain most of his original customers. A skilled mechanic by trade, he manages both his mechanic workshop and cleaning franchise. For the last ten years, he has spent his days in the workshop and his evenings at his cleaning sites.
Inspired by the success of his father-in-law and motivated by the stories of other successful CrestClean franchise owners, Nitesh purchased a franchise of his own. CrestClean has helped him achieve many financial goals, including homeownership and he’s now within reach of becoming mortgage-free.
“We definitely made the right decision,” he says.
“After a few years, we were able to buy a house. Now we only have a little bit left on the mortgage. The blessings keep coming.”
Nitesh is grateful for the support he receives from Auckland West Regional Master Franchisee, Caro Wedding. He credits Caro for his long service and success.
“Caro looks after us very well. She helps with everything and that’s why we’ve been here for 10 years,” says Nitesh.
While Allproof Industries is frequently approached by other cleaning providers, Jacinta says their partnership with Nitesh is invaluable and the service they receive is too good to let go.
“Our relationship with Nitesh is what’s important to us. We like to support people like him who are trying hard with their business.”
