NZ’s largest commercial window company chooses CrestClean for a spotless shine
As a company that specialises in glass, it’s important that Thermosash Commercial’s Head Office in Auckland is gleaming to perfection.
So, when the commercial window and curtainwall company moved into a newly refurbished building, they needed a cleaner who was up to the job.
With the move across town, they saw it as a good opportunity to change their cleaning company, and employed the services of CrestClean franchisees Salendra and Shayrin Singh.
“It’s a very large site, with 200 employees, and they do a great job. They are here five days a week, and clean it zone by zone, on a rotational basis,” says Thermosash Administration Manager Karen Baeyertz.
“Being in the glass industry, it’s a showcase building, so it’s important that it always looks good. There are a lot of glass balustrades, which need to be kept clean, and there’s a beautiful main entrance with lots of windows, and a polished concrete floor, which Salendra bought a special machine for — and it looks absolutely gorgeous.”
Thermosash is the largest commercial window and curtainwall designer, manufacturer and contracting company in New Zealand, and its new site in Henderson has enabled it to consolidate its two previous sites, bring the team together under one roof.
The move comes in the company’s golden anniversary year, as it celebrates 50 years of business excellence.
Salendra and Shayrin, whose daughter, Meenal, and son, Kunal, work in their business with them, also hit a milestone this year — their seventh anniversary with CrestClean. Being one of their largest customers, Thermosash was invited to do the honours by presenting the franchisees with a special Long Service Award.
“I’ve been told that seven years is quite an achievement for a cleaner, so we struck it lucky to get them,” says Karen.
CrestClean’s Auckland West Regional Master Franchisee, Caro Wedding, congratulated both Thermosash, and Salendra and Shayrin, on their anniversaries.
