Bill and Claire Douglas are the Regional Managers for Taupo, Bill was Crest’s first franchisee in Rotorua, buying a franchise in August 2003. Bill has now directed his attention to the Regional Manager role, meeting with clients and recruiting new franchisees.
Crest’s Taupo team is made up of local franchisees.
