Public Liability Insurance

Public Liability Insurance protects a contractor from having to pay the costs arising from an accident or damages that can occur as a result of the provision of contracted services to a customer’s premises.

CrestClean’s cleaning services are performed by franchised owner operators.

Public Liability Insurance is a mandatory provision under Crest’s franchise agreement.

Each franchise holds $20 million of cover under a group Public Liability Insurance taken by Crest Commercial Cleaning Ltd.  The group cover automatically provides the cover to each franchisee.

The policy is arranged by Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd, of Dunedin.
