Awards bring personal pride for business owners and manager

It was a proud moment for CrestClean’s Waikato Regional Manager when he presented certificates to business owners who have successfully completed their training.
Nivitesh Kumar says handing out the awards to those achieving the Certificate in Commercial Cleaning was one of the big highlights of his role.
“They’ve all worked really hard to achieve this level of competency,” added Nivitesh. “It’s a personal milestone and it brings a real sense of pride for our new business owners.
“For some of them it might be the first certificate of achievement they have ever received.”
All CrestClean personnel are required to undertake a course of training, completing theory and practical assessments for modules 1 and 2.
The certificate is awarded to trainees who reach a strict set of criteria set down by Master Cleaners Training Institute.
“Our customers can be assured that the people looking after their premises are fully trained to the highest standards,” says Nivitesh.
