- CrestClean will be in touch to discuss suitable product selections and to review your dispensers.
- CrestClean will then send you a quotation for supply of consumables through our managed service.
The sign-up process is detailed below with a link to the relevant page of MBIE’s website.
- Once you join the AoG office supplies contract, CrestClean can complete the first order and arrange for the installation of new dispensers.

Explaining the All-of-Government (AoG) Office Supplies contract
MBIE’s New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) has now launched the new All-of-Government (AoG) Generation 3 (Gen 3) Office Supplies contract.
Office Supplies Categories
There are various categories of procurement. CrestClean is able to provide AoG prices to school and other Government customers through our partnership with Alsco. Purchases will be added to your CrestClean invoice.
You need to select ‘Alsco’ as the supplier for the 2 relevant categories:
- Washroom Consumables
- Cleaning and Hygiene Consumables
5 Steps – How to join the Office Supplies contract
There are a few steps to navigate through, with a good bit of ‘procurement jargon’.
Once your school or organisation is registered, ordering is made easy, and savings will result.
The page at the link below details instructions on how to join the All-of-Government (AoG) office supplies contract.
We have summarised the key steps for you below:
| 1 | Register your school or organisation with the MBIE website, and create a log-in. Your school will qualify as one of the ‘Eligible Agencies’. |
| 2 | Download and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with MBIE. You will see the NDA’s tab once you have logged in. |
| 3 | Complete the Form of Accession (FoA), nominating the suppliers and product categories you wish to participate in. Note – Low Waste Office Supplies is not a mandatory category for schools. Select ‘Alsco’ for :
You can choose a supplier, for any other categories, or select ‘Evaluating’ as you may not have yet decided on a supplier for that category. After the Form of Accession is submitted, you will receive back a Letter of Accession (LoA). Then there is one more step… |
| 4 | Send a simple email to: office.coe@mbie.govt.nz with the following content…
cc: service@crestclean.co.nz , info@alsco.co.nz Subject: AoG supplier update … Our school (or organisation) intends to use CrestClean as a third party agent to act on our behalf to access the AoG Office Supplies contract through the supplier Alsco. … * Please ensure you copy in CrestClean – service@crestclean.co.nz, and Alsco – info@alsco.co.nz to confirm your relationship with CrestClean and Alsco, and so that we can process your orders. |
| 5 | Your local CrestClean Regional Manager will be in touch to help with the product selections and to set up the ordering system. |
