Viky supports Franklin Principals’ Association at recent leadership event
South Auckland Regional Manager Viky Narayan recently attended the Counties Principals Leadership Symposium, hosted by the Franklin Principals’ Association at Castaways Resort.
The event brought together principals from Papakura, Waiuku, Hunua and surrounding areas for relaxed but honest conversation about leadership in the region’s schools.
“It was inspiring to be in a space where educational leaders came together with such generosity of spirit, focused on strengthening leadership across our region,” says Viky.
During the event, Viky had the opportunity to speak with principals about how CrestClean supports schools, acknowledging the vital role our cleaning teams play in creating clean and safe learning environments.
“I felt truly honoured to be included alongside such committed and passionate principals, whose dedication to their schools, staff, and communities is clearly at the heart of everything they do,” he says.
Between sessions, casual conversations gave Viky valuable insights into the day-to-day realities schools are navigating, along with the challenges and priorities shaping the sector.
Viky says he is grateful to have been part of the symposium and looks forward to continuing to support schools and principals across the South Auckland region.
