Vili and Pepetua’s hard work pays off with purchase of first home
Auckland West franchise owners Vili and Pepetua Setema have reached an exciting milestone – purchasing their first home. After nearly a decade of owning their CrestClean franchise, the couple have finally secured a home for their growing family in Henderson.
“It’s exciting for us. We have been trying to buy a home for many years,” says Vili.
“We have been able to purchase a home thanks to the income from CrestClean.”
Auckland’s rising house prices made saving for a deposit a challenging journey, but they are thrilled to have finally reached this long-awaited goal. With four boys, they’re grateful to have a found a home in a friendly neighbourhood.
“It’s very good for us. We are very happy. We have very nice neighbours,” says Vili.
Vili says owning a CrestClean franchise played a key role in making homeownership possible. Their hard work has strengthened their CrestClean business and set them up to reap the rewards for years to come.
“We feel very lucky to be with CrestClean,” says Vili.
“I enjoy working with our customers and have a lot of friends in CrestClean too.”
Over the past ten years, the franchise has provided financial stability, allowing Vili and Pepetua to build a secure future for their family. The couple has also consistently upskilled, with Vili recently completing his Carpet Cleaning training to offer even greater value to their customers.
Looking ahead, the Setemas have even bigger aspirations. They plan to continue expanding their business, growing their team beyond their current four employees. They also have their sights set on purchasing another home in the future.
Vili says CrestClean keeps them busy, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
