Our customer

Focus on Property is a leading commercial property management company based in the Bay of Plenty, Hawke’s Bay & Waikato regions. They have in excess of $600m in property under management throughout New Zealand, extending as far south as Invercargill. Focus on Property manage a diverse portfolio of properties and aim to provide high quality environments for their tenants.

The challenge

Before partnering with CrestClean, Focus on Property faced challenges with inconsistent service delivery, lack of flexibility, and difficulties in managing site-specific cleaning needs across multiple regions. Co-ordinating cleaning services for numerous sites, some with up to 55 unique tenants, was a significant hurdle.

Commercial cleaning services across approximately 20 managed sites.
Comprehensive cleaning includes daily cleaning, carpet and hard floor maintenance.
Reactive services for issues like floods or building and tenant-related incidents.
Managing consumables, including toilet paper, paper towels, and feminine hygiene products.
Providing specialist services, including hard floor care and carpet cleaning to suit their site-by-site requirements.
Streamlined communication, ensuring clear co-ordination across all regional sites.
Implementing security measures, including working in pairs for safety and addressing on-site homelessness problems.
Two complimentary cleaning teams work on our customers’ sites to provide backup in the case of illness.
Implementing the RecycleKiwi waste management and recycling programme, and removing waste on specific sites.
Our cleaning teams have EWP (Elevated Work Platform) certificates and provide window and building washes.
