CrestClean builds connections in facilities management sector at FM Summit
CrestClean was proud to support the Facilities Management Association of New Zealand (FMANZ) FM Summit, held on September 25-26 in Auckland. The event took place at the Viaduct Event Centre – a stunning waterfront setting.
FMANZ represents facilities managers across New Zealand, offering a platform for industry leaders to connect and explore the latest trends from within the sector.
It was the first year that CrestClean has attended the FM Summit. There to represent the brand on the first day were Auckland East Regional Master Franchisee Linda Hill and Executive Assistant Megan Miles. During the two-day summit, Linda and Megan developed new relationships within the industry.
“It was a really busy event, and we had some great opportunities come out of it,” Linda says.
The pair hosted the eye-catching CrestClean booth, which attracted plenty of interest.
“The CrestClean booth really stood out and brought people over to us,” Megan says.
“It was great to get the CrestClean name out there and meet people from the sector.”
For both Linda and Megan, the highlight of the event was during the first evening where they had the opportunity to get to know conference attendees in a relaxed environment. Linda and Megan were pleased to see many of the people they met that evening stop by the CrestClean booth the following day
“Meeting everyone on the first night was definitely a highlight,” Linda says.
“We uncovered some amazing opportunities there.”
With an impressive hamper up for grabs, attendees flocked to the CrestClean stand to enter the competition. The lucky winner was Kelly Anderson-Rowe from Hato Hone St John.
On the second day of the conference, Operations Co-ordinator Chris Wedding joined Regional Master Franchisees, Viky Narayan from Auckland South, Dries Mangnus from Auckland Central, and Neil Kumar from North Harbour at the CrestClean booth to engage with both familiar contacts and new connections.
The highlight for Viky, Dries and Neil were the valuable opportunities to network with prospective customers. They also had the chance to strengthen their relationship with Alsco, who also had a stand at the event.
After this year’s success, CrestClean looks forward to making the FM Summit an annual event on the calendar.
