CrestClean franchise leads to dream home for hardworking couple
CrestClean franchise owners, Ian and Vivian Abuyabor, are the proud owners of a beautiful new home in Waimate. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom house took eight months to complete, and they couldn’t be happier with their new space.
“We’re very happy to be making memories in our new home,” says Vivian.
The couple played an active role in designing their dream home, incorporating unique features like dual stone columns at the entrance and a cosy fireplace.
Ian and Vivian bought a CrestClean franchise four years ago while working at a dairy farm where they managed robotic equipment and lived in a farmhouse on-site. Inspired by the success of their friends who are CrestClean franchisees in Ashburton, the couple saw this as an opportunity to carve their own path.
“We were not able to save that much working on the farm and the farmhouse was so cold,” says Vivian.
Being franchise owners has given the couple an income that allowed them to step away from farm work and focus full-time on their business. Their commitment to maintaining strong customer relationships has resulted in a diverse customer base, ranging from schools and offices to bakeries and restaurants.
“Even without the job on the farm, we can pay our bills and our mortgage – we can relax,” says Vivian.
“CrestClean has really helped us save money. We have everything.”
Ian and Vivian are building a bright future for their family. Their eldest is currently studying Health Science at Otago University, while their younger two, aged 16 and 9, are enjoying the comfort of their new home.
South Canterbury Master Franchisee, Rob Glenie, is thrilled to see Ian and Vivian achieve the goal of building their dream home.
“Ian and Vivian have worked so hard since becoming business owners with CrestClean, helping to build the brand through great customer communication, quality and dedication,” says Rob.
“Now they get to reap the rewards of all that hard work with moving into their very own brand-new house.”
