Praise for new role with Master Cleaners Training Institute
Congratulations to Sam Talwar who has been appointed as a Regional Trainer for Master Cleaners Training Institute.
Helping newcomers to the cleaning industry has become a passion for Palmerston North-based Sam, who takes franchisees through practical and theory sessions leading to the Certificate in Commercial Cleaning.
“I really enjoy passing on the experience I have gained in the industry and seeing new franchisees be successful in their business,” he says.
Sam says training and upskilling is vitally important so that CrestClean personnel remain at the top of their game. As well as his training role, Sam carries out audits at customer sites to ensure the high quality of service is maintained.
Shareen Raj, CrestClean’s Palmerston North / Kapiti Coast Regional Manager, says Sam is a real asset to her team.
“He’s proud of being a trainer and he is very good at solving any cleaning problems that may arise.
“The franchisees value his support and he will go out with them to customer sites in his own time to show them the best way to do the job.”
Liezl Foxcroft, General Manager Training, Master Cleaners Training Institute, says Sam’s experience was invaluable.
“We are always on the lookout for professional, highly-motivated and ambitious people to add to the already existing pool of talent and Sam Talwar certainly meets that criteria.”
“For a number of years now Sam has been delivering quality work in Auckland and Palmerston North.
“He has the necessary qualities that we look for in all our trainers and assessors, including the ability to communicate clearly with franchisees and other stakeholders, excellent attention to detail, and to deliver a quality service to his customers.
“Sam is a welcome addition to MCTI and he will complement well the other skilled professionals who make up the training team.”
