Long service award for regional manager

It’s said that time flies when you’re having fun.
CrestClean’s Caroline Wedding says the past seven years have gone by in a flash. “It just seems like yesterday that I came on board with CrestClean,” added Caroline, the company’s Auckland West Regional Manager.
Caroline loves her role and has enjoyed being part of CrestClean’s success story, the company having grown to become a dominant leader in the commercial cleaning industry.
She says one of the most enjoyable parts of the job has been the interaction with customers and the long standing relationships she’s been built over many years. “I really enjoy helping people find solutions to their cleaning issues.
“Going into a company with the knowledge that our systems are tried and trusted and can turn a workplace around is very satisfying.”
Caroline is also an avid supporter of the West Auckland Principals’ Association and North Shore Principals’ Association. “CrestClean is really strong within the education sector and we are well respected for the high quality of cleaning we provide to the many schools that we look after.”
But at the core of CrestClean’s success is the company’s individual business owners, says Caroline. With her guidance and encouragement, a number of her franchise teams in Auckland have built up large business. And many franchisees have been able to become homeowners for the first time through the success of their business.
“I love recognising talent and potential in other people and helping them fulfil their dreams,” says Caroline.
