Auckland party sees biggest gathering of CrestClean business owners
It was the biggest ever gathering of CrestClean personnel when 380 business owners and their employees from the Auckland region came together for the annual Team Meeting.
The event, at the city’s Alexandra Park, marked a stellar year for the Auckland business owners and saw a number of long service awards presented by CrestClean managing director Grant McLauchlan.
During his presentation, Grant thanked Crest’s franchise owners for their commitment to the brand and said the company was in great shape. “Our foundation is really rock solid and we have the right people, the right systems in place and we are seeing growth accelerate throughout New Zealand.”
He said CrestClean’s personnel represented 45 different nations. “It’s our diversity that helps to give strength to our brand and our business in the marketplace.”
The event also provided an opportunity for Auckland personnel to be the first to receive new security badges, which will be rolled out to all CrestClean’s regions in the coming weeks.
Saturday’s gathering was not only a chance to meet and socialise but an occasion where personal pride shone bright. There was applause and recognition from their colleagues when many long-serving business owners stepped forward to receive awards.
Long service recipients included personnel who received awards for 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 years.
A buffet lunch was provided in the Tasman Room that overlooks Alexandra Park racecourse. To add to the fun, spot prizes were handed out by Regional Managers.
Lucky CrestClean franchisee Sanjay Patel, from North Shore Region, was stunned to receive a spot prize of $10,000 gross turnover for his business.
