His drive to be best has brought personal success
It’s his pride and joy and there’s a story of hard work and determination as to why it’s looking spic and span.
CrestClean Dunedin Franchisee Nitij Maharaj has a strong work ethic that is not only reflected in his cleaning duties – it extends right down to the presentation of his company van.
Nitij has just won a CrestClean award for having the cleanest vehicle, an achievement he can be justly proud of.
“Nitij’s vehicle was a standout vehicle within the fleet and with his immaculately presented vehicle right down to the well fitted organised shelving he has had installed, overall we were very impressed,” said CrestClean’s Otago Regional Director Nicky Kramers.
Nitij’s win was rewarded by two corporate tickets to the recent Highlanders versus Chiefs game at Dunedin’s impressive Forsyth Bar Stadium.
And Nitij has shown that age is no barrier when it comes to investing in his future with a CrestClean Franchise. The 20 year old is CrestClean’s youngest Franchisee.
Nicky was thrilled for the popular cleaner and said Nitij has a brilliant attitude to his work and was on track to making his business a big success.
“This is a good investment for him and there will be very good returns. What is better than working for yourself? It brings the pride of knowing you’ve done it yourself.
“He takes great pride in wanting to be the best in his business. It’s great as he’s so young and is a good example of what can be achieved by determination.”
Nitij has the backing of his mum and dad, Rozelyn and Lalesh Maharaj, who supported his application for a CrestClean Franchise and also lend a hand with cleaning duties.
