CrestClean Hutt Valley enjoys team meeting
Members of the CrestClean Hutt Valley team enjoyed catching up with each other.
Sharing different things that have improved their business were one of the many discussion topics at the Hutt Valley team meeting.
The meeting was held at Wholly Bagels in Lower Hutt.
“There were a number of topics discussed throughout the meeting; Health and Safety was one of these. We discussed our internal communication, teamwork and the amount of excellent cleaning that all the teams are completing,” Wellington Regional Quality Assurance Co-ordinator Philip Wilson says.
Team meetings are regularly held throughout the 27 regions that CrestClean operates in. They provide a good chance for franchisees to come together and provide feedback to Regional Managers.
“It was a positive meeting and franchisees really enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with each other,” he says.
