Hawkes Bay Scrubs Up
It’s an entirely different experience cleaning at Royston Hospital for Hawkes Bay Franchisee Sophie Chase and her CrestClean team.
In order to meet the health regulations of the private hospital they must use site specific equipment, wear special sterile hats, pants, tops and booties, and have regular audits and constant communication with the theatre staff, as well as meet Victorian cleaning standards – an Australian-based infection-control cleaning protocol for hospitals that was established in 2000.
Regional Director Abby Latu was pleased to add Royston Hospital to her list of clients.
“They had never contracted cleaning before and after several meetings they decided to come with Crest. It’s going really, really well,” she says, adding that Sophie has already received a Certificate of Excellence for positive feedback from the hospital management team and the CrestClean team was featured in the hospital’s newsletter.
Sophie calls this contract her “baby” and is passionate about providing top quality work. She says it is a privilege to be part of the hospital and gets a real kick out of all the great feedback she and the team are receiving.
Royston Hospital is one of five contracts managed by Sophie and her CrestClean team.
