CrestClean South Auckland selected as a finalist in the Westpac Auckland South Business Awards
Congratulations to Viky Narayan and the team at CrestClean South Auckland who has been selected as a finalist in the Westpac Auckland South Business Awards.
The pictures show Viky Narayan, CrestClean South Auckland’s Regional Manager, accepting the finalist award at the Westpac Finalist Function at Villa Maria Estate, Mangere, on the 27th September 2012.
The category is ‘Excellence in Workforce Development’, and the other finalists are OfficeMax NZ Ltd, Ormiston Hospital, and Fly My Sky.
This category recognises excellence in recruiting, inducting and training thus enabling staff to develop and utilise their full potential. This category also includes how the business creates a “great place to work” by ensuring a healthy workplace and building a culture that encourages excellence and full staff participation.
The Awards Gala Dinner, where the winners will be announced, will be held at TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre, Manukau, on the 16th November.
