After a few years of disappointing service from a large cleaning company I decided to go to tender for the cleaning services at the Cottonsoft Ltd Auckland office and production and warehousing site.
Patrick Herman of CrestClean was a last minute inclusion in the tender process but immediately impressed us with his attention to detail, knowledge of industry best practice and his ability to assemble a proposal at short notice.
My decision criteria was based on the respondents ability to point out opportunities to improve services, provide one-off services when required, the ability and interest to monitor their own performance proactively and be competitive on price.
