Sports Balls a hit with Schools
Pirongia School in Te Awamutu has a “crazy wig day” happening on the day of the balls presentation. Crest Franchisee Mike Mills is on the left with the bright red wig, and area manager Gerry Burger has bright blue hair in the centre.
There are a lot of school kids happily playing with Crest rugby balls and netballs in the school yards of Crest’s customers.
As part of a national sponsorship program, Crest has presented its school customers with a selection of specially branded rugby and netballs.
The balls carry distinctive graphics that were designed locally, and the balls were ordered from India and custom made. Over 900 balls have been presented, with more to be awarded in the new year. The feedback from schools has been awesome, with an instant smile from the children and schools’ management.
Crest hopes to further our close relationship with our school customers. Schools are a very important part of our business, and we perform a very important roll in carrying out our professional manner. The nice part of assisting schools is the family type environment that is often present. We hope that all Crest franchisees enjoy seeing the kids playing with their new Crest sports balls.
