Cleaning doctors’ surgeries, medical centres, and healthcare practitioners requires stringent hygiene procedures, as well the ability to maintain strong customer communications.
CrestClean’s years of experience in the field means we understand the particularities of providing effective cleaning for the healthcare sector.
Spread of Infection: Our Sanitising Service uses an EPA approved Anti-Viral Sanitiser that kills bacteria, viruses and fungi – reducing the spread of colds, flu and other viruses between staff members.
Cross-Contamination: CrestClean’s commercial cleaning processes use colour-coded microfibre cloths and mops to minimise the threat of cross-contamination between work areas.
Security and Patient Confidentiality: CrestClean’s personnel are Security Vetted, undergo Ministry of Justice Criminal Background Checks and trained in relevant security protocols.
Punctuality: Call times must be adhered to for security reasons and CrestClean cleaning teams have at least 2 people to make the job run more efficiently.
Health and Safety: SafeClean®, our Health, 
Safety and Environmental Management System, will work with your site-specific requirements to ensure the safety of all personnel and the public.
Attention to Detail: Our personnel are trained to look beyond the obvious surface areas and give attention to what’s often overlooked, such as finger marks, high dusting and ceiling fans.
Professional Presentation: All personnel wear clean uniforms with ID badges, and use clearly branded vehicles. Equipment is kept clean and tidy and audited twice yearly by Regional Managers.
Maintaining Spotless Vinyl Floors: Regular weekly buffing without fail is part of the cleaning regime, as well as strip and sealing as needed.
Regular Cleaning Audits: Quality audits are conducted by our Regional Managers, together with customers, to open lines of communication and deal with any day-to-day issues.
Open Lines of Communication:
A Customer Communications Book is left on-site to facilitate day-to-day communications. All personnel speak and read English and are trained to respond promptly to customer requests and instructions. We foster long-term relationships with our customers and our personnel.
